To visit our centre: vaccination is not longer required. a mask is encouraged indoors and your counselor will give you the option to take it off in the counselling session.

We will do everything within our power to protect your identity. All our information is kept confidential from everyone outside the Centre. Any information shared with our Funders is anonymized.
can i drop in anytime if i need to?
Unfortunately we are not open for drop-ins and open by appointment only. We are also not a residential Centre. However, if you are in crisis, please contact 0800 543 354 or free text 4357 (HELP) or Women's Refuge 0800 733 843
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We are lucky to receive funding for some of our services and we apply for funding from many community funding groups to provide either fully subsidised or very low cost counselling. We are fully reliant on funding and donations for many of our services and operational costs.
